Job Description

Become the backbone of Beacon Software’s recruiting operations as a Recruiting Operations Lead. This position focuses on data management, workflow design, and enhancing candidate experience across the organization.

As a key player in Beacon's rapidly expanding talent function, you’ll own the configuration and data hygiene in Ashby, build crucial reporting layers, and document workflows to optimize hiring processes. Collaboration with the Recruiting Coordinator ensures seamless candidate communications and interview logistics, while AI tools will be deployed to streamline admin tasks across the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Ashby configuration, data hygiene, and integrations

• Build reporting dashboards for hiring metrics

• Design repeatable hiring workflows for growth

• Collaborate on scheduling and candidate logistics

• Standardize the candidate journey across searches

Requirements:

• 5+ years in recruiting operations or HR technology

• Experience owning an ATS, preferably Ashby

• Strong analytical mindset and systems thinking

• Ability to navigate ambiguity in multi-entity environments

• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
