Enhance engineering success at Intellistack as a Lead Technical Program Manager. This hybrid role is pivotal in managing complex programs that drive cross-team initiatives and foster innovative solutions.

With a strong foundation in engineering and project management, you will oversee multiple simultaneous programs at Intellistack while building mechanisms to improve cross-team coordination. Your insights and technical contributions will clarify dependencies and guide teams through challenges, creating a more streamlined delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive cross-team program ownership and accountability

• Partner with technical leaders to define system integration patterns

• Orchestrate delivery across various engineering organizations

• Develop tools for effective program management and health tracking

• Increase project visibility with comprehensive delivery metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field

• Minimum of 7 years working with engineering teams, with 5+ in program management

• Proven ability to manage technical initiatives

• In-depth knowledge of cloud-native architectures and Agile methods

• Strong communication and influence skills with stakeholders
