Job Description This position requires a motivated, self-driven individual to ensure the safety and general well-being of a team of supported adults. Job coaching and leadership skills are a must, with particular experience in lawn care, gardening, and snow removal. The successful applicant must have experience in general maintenance of lawnmowers, snowblowers, and tools and how to instruct people safely on their use. Constant supervision is required while on shift. Full training will be provided and assistance is always on call. The successful candidate will be physically fit and able to work outdoors. Own Truck required- mileage paid.
This is a unionized position under MGEU.
20 hours per week.
