Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Manufacturing Process Engineer in the Greater Toronto Area and lead efforts in continuous improvement. This role emphasizes efficiency enhancement through Lean practices and strong analytical skills.

We're looking for a CI/Process Engineer with a solid educational background in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and over three years of experience in a manufacturing environment. This on-site position will focus on identifying inefficiencies and leading initiatives to foster productivity improvements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes

• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks

• Conduct Lean initiatives and maintain best practices

• Develop process documentation including SOPs

• Collaborate on new product and equipment introductions

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in relevant engineering discipline

• 3+ years of manufacturing process improvement experience

• Familiarity with Lean methodologies and problem-solving tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent project management and communication skills
