Qualcomm Principal DFT Engineer Role

Job Description

As a key member of Qualcomm’s DFT methodology team, you will work on various significant projects. This position requires expertise in developing automated solutions for RTL and ensuring high-quality verification standards. Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance DFT strategies, pushing the performance boundaries of complex SoCs and IP blocks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of integrated DFT methodologies

• Architect flows for ASICs, SoCs, and IPs

• Write RTL automation for advanced DFT features

• Develop QA solutions for verification test benches

• Create and implement scan insertion procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering

• 8+ years of DFT experience in complex SoC designs

• Extensive experience with DFT EDA tools

• Familiarity with Verilog/VHDL, SystemVerilog

• Knowledge of industry DFT standards
