Technical Manager in Civil Engineering

Join AtkinsRéalis as a Technical Manager, focusing on the CANDU MONARK nuclear project. Your expertise will enhance project coordination and engineering quality across various disciplines.

In this leadership role, you will oversee the civil and structural design processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements. With a focus on excellence, you will plan and execute engineering tasks to meet technical, cost, and schedule goals, while mentoring your team and supporting project development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive civil and structural design processes efficiently

• Develop and mentor a skilled engineering team

• Monitor engineering activities for nuclear design projects

• Guarantee compliance with quality assurance and regulations

• Assist in proposal development and risk management strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, 10+ years' experience

• Eligible Professional Engineer in Ontario within 6 months

• 5+ years in large-scale EPC projects

• 2+ years leading multidisciplinary teams

• Familiarity with CNSC regulatory standards and documentation
