In this position, you will lead a team of skilled Pattern Engineers tasked with developing and refining garment patterns from design to production. Key Responsibilities: • Direct the development of garment patterns from concept • Allocate and manage team tasks for optimal delivery • Provide best practice guidance and technical instruction • Mentor team members to encourage skill development • Maintain high standards in pattern libraries and specifications

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 8+ years in pattern engineering, preferably in women's apparel • Leadership experience in team settings • Proficiency in PLM and CAD software • Strong industry knowledge and communication skills
