RBC Borealis is in search of a driven Research Lead to spearhead machine learning initiatives in banking. This full-time role allows you to collaborate closely with researchers and cross-functional teams while developing and deploying robust AI applications. Your deep expertise in algorithms and stakeholder engagement will guide the team through the research and development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities: • Create architecture specifications for AI projects • Deliver production-ready AI applications across cloud infrastructures • Cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders as AI consultant • Assess client needs to define AI solution frameworks • Lead and mentor a team of research engineers

Requirements: • Experience with cross-functional machine learning teams • Proven people management experience • Skilled in Python and AI development frameworks • Contributions to top AI/ML publications desirable • Familiarity with NLP, LLMs, and finance is beneficial
