Apparel Design Developer 2 Position

Job Description

Join ARC’TERYX as a Design Developer 2, specializing in creating innovative outdoor products that embody the brand’s vision and commitment to quality. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise.

As a Design Developer 2, you will be deeply involved in product design from ideation to actualized garments. Collaborate with a passionate team to develop prototypes, test materials, and implement sustainable practices in design. Your experience in technical environments will aid in crafting exceptional products for the Women's Run category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support design with seamless prototype development

• Collaborate closely with design and product development teams

• Test and document materials for garment construction

• Address design challenges with innovative solutions

• Provide project updates and documentation for funding support

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years in a technical design role

• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field

• CAD experience, specifically with Gerber systems

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office

• Interest in outdoor activities with knowledge of Arc’teryx products
