Job Description

Join Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a Network Administrator specializing in enterprise network management. Contribute your skills in Routing and Cisco technologies within a 24x7 environment.

In this role at TCS, you will provide crucial L2/L3 support in our NOC. Your hands-on experience with Cisco networking and troubleshooting will help maintain optimal network performance. The position requires collaboration and effective communication with cross-functional teams to resolve network incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver L2/L3 support for enterprise network environments

• Troubleshoot and resolve routing and switching issues

• Maintain Cisco routers, switches, and Meraki SD-WAN

• Monitor performance and manage incidents efficiently

• Ensure quick resolution of network outages

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of NOC experience

• Strong Routing & Switching expertise

• Familiarity with Cisco networking technologies

• Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Willing to work within a shift-based support model
