G.L. Smith is on the lookout for an Electrical Engineer / Technologist eager to enhance retail spaces through innovative electrical design. This position empowers you to tackle interesting challenges, including utilizing your skills in AutoCAD alongside other automation software. Contributing to a range of projects, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring each design meets our clients’ high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement innovative electrical systems

• Calculate heat gain/loss and duct designs

• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards

• Use AutoCAD for project schematics and designs

• Work in a collaborative environment delivering various projects

Requirements:

• Accredited degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering

• Expertise in AutoCAD and design software

• Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing systems
