Strategic M&A and Capital Markets Lead

Job Description

BDO is seeking a Vice President Manager for M&A and Capital Markets to spearhead strategic transactions and client engagement. Your leadership will drive value-focused initiatives and team development.

As the Vice President in the Advisory team, you will oversee complex deals while working closely with senior stakeholders. This position demands a strong background in financial analysis, alongside excellent client relationship management skills. With a focus on entrepreneurship, you'll identify new business avenues and nurture the growth of junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee advisory projects specializing in M&A and capital raising • Foster client relationships for successful engagements • Conduct in-depth financial and market analysis • Identify potential acquisition targets and investors • Drive business generation within the M&A practice

Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant designations • 4-5 years' experience in capital markets or corporate finance • Detail-oriented, autonomous, and results-driven • Willing to travel as per business needs • Adaptable to new challenges in a fast-paced environment
