VCH Workforce Scheduling Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead staffing services for the Community of Care

• Represent VCH in provincial staffing committees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

• Minimum seven years of staffing experience

• Four years of supervisory experience

• Expertise in staffing systems and analytics

• Strong organizational skills and service orientation
