Childcare Program Supervisor Wanted

Step into leadership at Umbrella Family as a Program Supervisor in Hamilton. This full-time, permanent role allows you to impact early childhood education positively and manage a passionate team effectively.

Your responsibilities will include supervising high-quality childcare programs that cater to children from infants to school age. With a focus on excellence, you will apply your extensive experience — five years in childcare and two years in management — while supporting educational best practices and community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor staff in daily operations

• Administer compliance with educational frameworks

• Handle licensing, inspections, and documentation

• Build partnerships with educational institutions

• Manage financial aspects and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education essential

• Registered with CECE and in good standing

• Minimum five years' experience in childcare settings

• Experience in a unionized environment is a plus

• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check
