Job Description

Elevate your career as the Manager of HCM & Workday Innovations at Canadian Tire. Lead a team dedicated to enhancing Workday configurations and providing outstanding system support.

Reporting to the AVP, you will enhance system performance while utilizing your deep knowledge of Workday's HCM, security, and other modules. Your role will be critical in managing configurations, facilitating various testing phases, and working with partners to improve processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily Workday configuration and support tasks • Direct various testing types, ensuring accuracy • Collaborate with teams for seamless integration • Manage semi-annual Workday upgrades and new features • Maintain a robust security framework and user roles

Requirements: • 4 - 7 years of hands-on Workday experience • Workday HCM or security certification required • Experience with broader Workday modules is beneficial • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
