Job Title : Travel consultant

Responsibilities:

- Communicating with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.

- Designing customized travel itineraries that meet the client's requirements and budget.

- Booking flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements for clients.

- Providing advice on travel destinations, attractions, and activities.

- Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including destinations, accommodations, and transportation.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in computer systems, including booking and reservation software.

- A passion for travel and a desire to help clients create unforgettable experiences.
