About the Role:

You are a highly motivated, bright professional with experience in sourcing opportunities, whether through direct M&A or sales. The Associate Business Development is a self-starter, comfortable working independently and as part of a team. As MedSpa Partners grows and acquires Medical Spas across North America, this role will be key in sourcing platform acquisitions.

Reports To: Head of Business Development

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:

2+ years of work experience in sales or business development

Experience in healthcare private equity or investment banking is an asset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and client service skills

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Creative thinking to deliver high performance

Responsibilities:

Deal Sourcing: Identify potential acquisition opportunities and support due diligence

Clinic Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clinics

Funnel Management: Manage the sales funnel with the Head of Business Development

Industry Networking: Develop key industry relationships to support sourcing efforts

Offer Presentations: Assist in preparing and presenting term sheets

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
