Job Description

Eclipse Automation is seeking a Project Manager specializing in nuclear projects in Cambridge, ON. Direct project management functions while ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.

This full-time role involves leading project teams and maintaining profitability through effective coordination and communication. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for resolving potential design and scheduling issues while fostering relationships with clients and partners. Utilize your background in custom automation to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct coordination of project schedules and team resources • Review and confirm project budgets and scopes • Ensure on-time delivery through effective project monitoring • Facilitate communication with all departments for project success • Conduct performance assessments to optimize outputs

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field • 5-10 years' experience in a supervisory role in automation • Familiarity with project management methodologies, preferably PMP • AutoCAD and SolidWorks knowledge is advantageous • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
