Lead AltFunds Global's broker ecosystem as a Channel Management Specialist in a fully remote setting. Focus on recruitment, training, and enhancing broker performance to drive revenue growth.

This senior-level role involves significant responsibility in building channels that enhance capital acquisition. Candidates should possess a minimum of five years in related fields, showcasing a history of closing deals. You'll work on vetting and onboarding brokers, ensuring they comply with Swiss standards and driving effective deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and train global brokers and channel partners

• Facilitate weekly broker strategy and compliance sessions

• Sustain a pipeline of accredited clients

• Set and monitor KPIs for broker performance

• Ensure adherence to compliance and KYC standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years in structured finance or alternative funding

• Track record of closed transactions with references

• Established book of business or relationships

• Proficient in digital communication

• Familiarity with SBLCs and capital structuring
