Job Description

Supply Chain Analyst I – 12-Month Contract

Contract: 12 months

Work Arrangement: Onsite initially, transitioning to hybrid.

Eligibility: Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident; must be eligible for required security clearances.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support reporting, procurement, material planning, and process improvement.

What You’ll Do:

Develop Power BI reports, dashboards and KPIs .

Support procurement and procure-to-pay activities.

Assist with material planning and supply chain data.

Support Oracle ERP procurement, inventory and planning processes.

Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes.

Create process maps, procedures, work instructions and training materials.

Support stakeholder workshops, change management and user training.

What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of supply chain experience.

Experience with data analysis and BI reporting.

Oracle and Power BI experience preferred.

Knowledge of procurement, materials management and process improvement.

Strong Excel/Microsoft Office, analytical and communication skills.

Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field preferred.
