Contract DataStage Developer Needed

Job Description

Enhance your skills as a DataStage Developer with our client, focusing on analytical solutions and ETL processes. This 3-6 month contract emphasizes strong database design and Informatica experience.

Our client is actively seeking a DataStage Developer for a dynamic environment. Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience, especially with DataStage version 7.5 and Informatica. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing data transformation processes while tuning performance across ETL mappings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom SQL scripts and stored procedures

• Create ETL design documents and transformation rules

• Implement transformation processes using DataStage

• Perform mapping and ETL performance tuning

• Prepare and execute unit and integration test cases

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years as a DataStage Developer

• 1 year experience with DataStage version 7.5

• Strong skills in Informatica

• Knowledge of data modeling techniques

• Experience in large systems development
