Your Role Finance and Administration Technician , you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. Your scope includes:

Perform account reconciliations and ensure financial data accuracy

Manage supplier accounts and accounts payable activities

Enter transactions into accounting systems and maintain accurate records

Verify the completeness and integrity of financial information in company systems

Provide administrative support to the local management team

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day financial operations

Contribute to process improvements and help maintain efficient administrative and accounting practices

What you bring An Accounting Diploma, Associate Degree, or equivalent education in accounting or finance

2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative support functions

Experience managing accounts payable and supplier accounts

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Excellent computer literacy and comfort working with various software systems

Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP platforms is considered an asset

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong autonomy, enthusiasm, and collaboration skills
