As part of Okta's growing Device Identity organization, you will be tasked with architecting and scaling server-side software solutions critical to the security landscape. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to execute initiatives

• Design and implement new features within Java core platform

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical designs

• Mentor engineers through rigorous code reviews

• Maintain high standards for software quality and testing

Requirements:

• 4+ years in software development, specializing in Java and Spring

• Strong knowledge of high-performance databases (Postgres/MySQL)

• Experience implementing secure RESTful APIs

• Proficiency in caching and multi-threading technologies

• Communication skills to explain complex concepts effectively
