Job Description

Unleash your potential as a Lead QA Engineer at AlgaeCal, where your testing expertise will enhance our eCommerce platform's reliability. Exciting challenges await in automated testing and team leadership!

As a leader in our QA department, you’ll utilize your skills to refine our automated testing frameworks and ensure robust releases of our React-based applications. With at least 5 years of experience under your belt, your hands-on knowledge in CI/CD pipelines and testing strategies will be pivotal. This role involves not only testing but also mentoring fellow QA professionals to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and scale effective automated testing frameworks

• Mentor team members to improve QA practices

• Troubleshoot complex testing scenarios and issues

• Analyze key quality metrics for continuous improvement

• Drive automation for our eCommerce solutions and middleware

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in QA

• Leadership experience in a tech environment

• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript

• Experience with tools like Cypress or Playwright

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline integration
