Advance your career with a Senior Full Time Snyk Application Security SME role in Toronto, ON. This hybrid opportunity focuses on application security and Snyk implementation strategies.

As a seasoned expert with over a decade in Application Security, Cybersecurity, and DevSecOps, you will lead enterprise-level efforts in Snyk deployment and application security programs. You will coordinate the migration from Veracode to Snyk, establishing standards for secure software development and ensuring teams are well-equipped in compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Snyk implementation and administration across multiple projects

• Lead secure software development best practices and policies

• Facilitate the migration of application security tools to Snyk

• Collaborate with security and DevSecOps teams for vulnerability assessments

• Provide training, guidance, and SME support for security initiatives

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Application Security or Cybersecurity roles

• 5+ years experience with SAST, SCA, DAST methodologies

• 3+ years of focused experience in Snyk

• Familiarity with financial services or regulated environments

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and relevant certifications preferred
