Join Phonely as an Entry-Level QA Engineer, responsible for ensuring both functionality and UI/UX quality in voice AI features. You'll build automated tests and shape the QA process from the ground up.

This early-career position is perfect for tech enthusiasts eager to kickstart their QA journey. As Phonely’s first dedicated QA hire, you’ll have the unique opportunity to establish testing protocols and adapt automated solutions for new features efficiently. Your role will include testing user flows, addressing bugs, and creating automated test cases as we build a market-leading conversational voice AI platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• QA new features and bug fixes across Phonely’s products

• Automate repetitive testing tasks wherever possible

• Maintain and expand the automated end-to-end test suite

• Document bugs clearly for engineers to address

• Cultivate and develop the QA process from the ground up

Requirements:

• Some experience in QA or software testing

• Technical skills to inspect logs and HTTP requests

• AI familiarity for efficient problem-solving

• Empathy for users and strong opinions on quality

• Technical background preferred with a CS degree or equivalent
