Business Development Representative – BDR

Conduct rapid outreach by email, phone, and text to prospective clients Book and organize lawyers' consultations Own follow-up for every conversation and ensure timely completion Rescue cancellations, no-shows, and stalled conversations Draft routine replies for lawyer review Help lawyers prioritize each morning Handle simple client questions and provide warm handoffs to lawyers Maintain full, consecutive lawyer calendars and strong consultation show rates Track consultations booked and completed, follow-up timeliness, and response speed Work daily with lawyers, growth leadership, and the COO Requirements

Strong written communication skills Confident and personable phone manner Highly organized, able to manage calendars and queues at volume Fast response and proactive follow-up Fluency with CRMs, shared calendars, SMS platforms, and AI drafting assistants, or ability to learn them quickly Patience, empathy, and discretion with older, cautious clientele Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, and related AI tools French is a bonus Familiarity with Close CRM is a bonus High-trust coordination experience in law firms, medical offices, or financial services is a bonus Customer-facing scheduling experience is a bonus Toronto-based and able to work hybrid Must never provide legal advice Core Competencies
