Job Description

Start your career as an Entry-Level Painter, working in exciting outdoor and indoor settings. Receive training while mastering techniques for surface preparation and painting.

You will engage with a variety of tasks that include preparing and repairing surfaces. The role encourages strong communication with clients to help them choose the best colors and finishes. Expect to work in physically demanding conditions, demonstrating flexibility and reliability on the job.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and sand surfaces before application • Repair surfaces, including cracks and holes • Mix and match colors for painting projects • Advise customers on wall coverings • Apply paint and wallpaper effectively

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent needed • Willingness to train on-site • Must possess a valid driver’s license • Physically capable of handling 30 lbs • Must demonstrate attention to detail
