Key Responsibilities: • Introduce innovative components into production processes • Develop and optimize manufacturing instructions and methods • Work closely with teams on product definitions and inspections • Maintain documentation for process certification • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the shop floor

Requirements: • Degree or experience in Mechanical Engineering Technology • 3 to 6 years in relevant manufacturing roles • Knowledge of sheet metal and component machining • Experience with Microsoft Office software • CINCOM knowledge is a bonus
