Lead Quantum Processor Development Manager

Job Description

Take charge of quantum processor advancements at D-Wave Quantum Inc. as a Lead Manager. This pivotal role combines technical acumen with team leadership in a cutting-edge environment located in Burnaby.

D-Wave invites applications for the role of Manager or Senior Manager in Quantum Processor Development. You will lead a team of 4-8 scientists, directing efforts in superconducting device physics and integration of quantum technologies. Collaborate with multiple departments and drive initiatives that contribute to the company's innovative mission in quantum computing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and mentor a team of experimental scientists

• Align team goals with the company’s roadmap

• Plan people and resources efficiently

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related
