Become a technical expert at DXC, leveraging ServiceNow to drive IT innovation. This role requires Canadian Security Clearance, focusing on implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions.

As a ServiceNow Developer at DXC, you will guide organizations through their ServiceNow journey while collaborating with multi-functional teams. Your responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical specifications and providing technical guidance. With at least 5 years of software development experience, you will mentor junior team members and optimize ITOM processes through effective workflow and report configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on business requirements and technical specifications

• Provide technical support for ServiceNow implementations

• Mentor junior team members in technical processes

• Assist in user acceptance testing and data migration

• Design and implement optimized ServiceNow solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years in software development, especially ITSM/ITOM

• Canadian citizenship with 10 years residence required

• Experience in ServiceNow system administration

• Proficiencies in business process management

• Strong analytics and problem-solving abilities
