Lead remote Workday projects with Everforth TopBloc, managing implementations for medium enterprises across multiple initiatives. Your expertise in Workday HCM is essential for success.

Everforth TopBloc is seeking a Remote Workday Project Manager with 1-3 years' experience in HCM implementations. As part of a dynamic team, you will leverage your background in SaaS project management, while demonstrating a strong understanding of HCM functional areas. This role includes managing client relationships, collaborating with consultants, and contributing to the sales cycle for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple Workday projects for medium enterprises

• Demonstrate proficiency in the Workday HCM suite

• Collaborate with TopBloc consultants for efficient staffing

• Assist in sales cycles by gathering requirements

• Help transition customers to product support seamlessly

Requirements:

• Workday Project Management certification required

• 1-3 years of Workday implementation experience

• 2+ years in SaaS project management

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Ability to travel 25% at client request
