Job Description

Vancouver Whitecaps FC seeks a Coordinator for Youth Programs focusing on apparel and equipment logistics. Utilize your organization skills in this engaging operational role.

You will help ensure that coaches, players, and events are well-supported with essential apparel and equipment. The role encompasses managing inventory control, coordinating fulfillment processes, and overseeing day-to-day warehouse tasks. A strong customer-service approach will enhance the experience for all involved in the Youth Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize inbound and outbound logistics for equipment

• Keep warehouse operations clean, safe, and efficient

• Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system

• Support apparel distribution for events and training

• Provide logistical assistance during camps and tournaments

Requirements:

• Background in logistics, warehouse or inventory management

• Strong attention to detail with accurate record-keeping
