Senior Well Operations Engineer Role

Job Description

Join R360 Canada as a Senior Well Operations Engineer, focusing on advanced well integrity and optimization in the energy sector. This role emphasizes collaborative project management and technical expertise.

As a vital member of the Well Operations & Reservoir Team, you will be tasked with overseeing well performance and regulatory compliance for disposal wells. Your role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance asset performance and manage risks. Take ownership of key processes throughout the well lifecycle and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage monitoring of well performance and pressure behavior • Prepare and execute drilling and completions programs • Conduct volumetric analyses and performance evaluations • Lead containment reviews and risk analyses • Develop scope, cost estimates, and technical proposals

Requirements: • C.E.T. or P.Eng. designation required • At least 10 years in well operations and reservoir engineering • In-depth knowledge of drilling and completions • Proven project management abilities • Proficiency in Wellview and Microsoft Office applications
