Vets Around the Corner is a privately owned, community-rooted veterinary clinic located in the heart of Port Perry. We’re more than a clinic — we’re a team that genuinely cares about the animals and people we serve. We are proud to serve as a designated First Responder Clinic for the Ontario Turtle Conservation Centre, work closely with local animal rescues, and operate a Community Veterinarian Program (VAC-CVP) that brings care directly to those who need it most. The Opportunity

We’re looking for a warm, organized, and client‑focused Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our general practice. You’ll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for every client and patient who walks through our doors — and you’ll be part of a team doing meaningful work in this community every single day.

What You’ll Do

Greet clients and patients with professionalism and genuine warmth

Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointment scheduling with efficiency and care

Accurately document client and patient records using our practice management software

Handle client inquiries, concerns, and follow‑ups in a timely and compassionate manner

Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records

Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and client communication

Uphold and reflect our clinic’s values in every client interaction

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or reception role within a medical or healthcare setting — veterinary clinic experience is a strong asset

Confident and professional communicator, both verbally and in writing

Proficient with computers and able to learn clinic software quickly

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Compassionate, calm under pressure, and a genuine team player

A passion for animals and community is a definite plus
