Experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor Needed

Job Description

Join Hall Mechanical as a Mechanical Site Supervisor, where you will lead a team in delivering exceptional mechanical projects in diverse sectors. Your expertise will ensure quality and safety in every operation.

This supervisory role requires a proactive leader with a solid technical background in plumbing and HVAC systems. You will manage multiple projects, mentor your team, and guarantee that each task aligns with company and client standards. Communication will be vital as you interface with various stakeholders and resolve any project challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations and ensure quality standards

• Mentor Foremen and site staff for optimal performance

• Conduct project planning, including code compliance checks

• Maintain a strong safety culture on-site

• Collaborate with clients and contractors during site meetings

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in mechanical construction or related field

• Familiarity with high-rise residential construction

• Hydronic experience is an asset

• Journeyman or Red Seal certification required

• Strong skills in reading schematics and safety regulations
