Real Food for Real Kids is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to manage client interactions in a hybrid work environment. Your role will significantly enhance client satisfaction through personalized support and service excellence.

This permanent, full-time position requires a professional passionate about improving client relationships in a child care setting. You will handle client queries, gather feedback, and strategize improvements to meet evolving needs. Working collaboratively with other departments, you will elevate the client experience while maintaining thorough records of all communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships for child care centers

• Serve as an expert in RFRK services and policies

• Onboard new clients efficiently with training sessions

• Maintain detailed communication logs for each client

• Develop and track client satisfaction metrics

Requirements:

• College diploma or University degree preferred

• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Apps

• Excellent communication abilities

• Professional handling of confidential matters
