Job Description

Embark on a rewarding engineering internship with Paramount Resources in Calgary. This 16-month program offers hands-on experience in Drilling and Completions Engineering across two assignments.

Join Paramount Resources as an engineering intern, gaining invaluable exposure to both Drilling and Completions Engineering. During your 16-month term, you will work on two eight-month assignments, providing a solid foundation in oil and gas field infrastructure and operational planning. Mentorship from senior engineers and opportunities for field visits will enhance your learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with infrastructure maintenance in oil and gas fields

• Support senior engineers with drilling execution programs

• Plan and design completions operations

• Analyze performance and competitiveness of adjacent wells

• Participate in field visits for practical experience

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Engineering program

• 3rd-year student in a relevant engineering discipline

• Previous oil and gas field experience is an asset

• Strong communication and computer skills

• Valid driver's license with driving experience
