This role requires a high-taste engineer proficient in Python, especially in building and maintaining pipelines. You will leverage your experience with preference data and rubric creation, ensuring clarity in communication. Expect to work closely with researchers and engineers to refine evaluation processes while thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate rubrics for preference data

• Review and label data with precision and quality

• Build and maintain data generation and evaluation pipelines

• Synthesize data findings into actionable recommendations

• Collaborate with team members to enhance scalable processes

Requirements:

• Proficient in Python (or Typescript) for pipeline development

• Experience with preference data and rubric creation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated high-taste judgment in technical work

• Available for 40 hours/week with Pacific Time overlap
