Job Description

Join a dynamic general contractor as an Experienced Superintendent for commercial and residential projects in Toronto or Vancouver. Drive safe, quality construction on multi-million dollar projects while managing field operations effectively.

As a Superintendent with over six years of construction experience, you will lead project execution while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Your role involves managing subcontractors, preparing schedules, and acting as the main liaison with clients and stakeholders. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a safe work environment and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety measures and environmental standards

• Oversee project compliance with schedules and budgets
