Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements alongside product managers and engineers

• Develop solutions for multifaceted system challenges

• Champion engineering best practices and deliver scalable systems

• Mentor team members and support technical interviews

• Participate in on-call schedules to maintain service reliability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• 7+ years' experience in production-grade software

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and system architecture

• Experienced in programming languages like Go or Java

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
