On-Site Manufacturing Support Engineer

Job Description

Become a vital part of our team as a Manufacturing Support Engineer, directly aiding manufacturing operations for RF products. Address technical challenges and enhance production processes with your expertise.

As an on-site Manufacturing Support Engineer, you will provide critical engineering support that ensures the seamless production of RF technology. You'll be responsible for daily technical assistance, documentation review, and comprehensive inspections. Your collaboration with engineering will aid in processing design revisions while promoting continuous improvement within the manufacturing framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer technical support to production lines on a daily basis

• Scale new product designs efficiently within manufacturing

• Review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Perform first article inspections and validate component quality

• Resolve failures in electrical components swiftly

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field

• Experience with RF testing preferred

• Understanding of MRP systems and ECO processes

• Familiarity with ISO-compliant environments

• Knowledge of ESD-safe practices
