SAIT invites you to apply for the role of Aviation Educational Laboratory Technician, vital for hands-on training at the School of Transportation. This position focuses on aircraft maintenance, inventory control, and effective communication to support learners.

In this key role at the SAIT Art Smith Aero Centre, you'll manage essential tools and equipment, ensuring they're available for students and instructors. Your expertise will enhance the organization of laboratory and shop environments, allowing for optimal student learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Control and maintain inventory of aviation tools

• Process and coordinate shipments according to safety standards

• Conduct maintenance on various aircraft models

• Organize hangar operations and manage shop areas

• Participate in orientations and help at industry events

Requirements:

• Experience in aviation maintenance preferred

• Knowledge of specified aircraft

• Ability to secure an Airport Restricted Area Identity Card

• Valid driver's license with a clean history
