Project Coordinator

Lane Partners is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team, supporting the successful planning and delivery of mid-scale construction projects. Engineering / Engineering Technologist / Construction Technology Diploma, Degree, or Post-grad Certificate required. 1-2 years of construction experience; exposure to multi-disciplinary, mid-scale projects would be an asset. Job Requirements

Capable of reading and understanding construction drawings and documents. Sound computer skills – MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, AutoCAD. Strong communication skills – oral and written. Self-motivated with good organizational skills. Ability to work accurately under pressure. Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines. Ability to work with others as a team. Key Responsibilities

Assist project managers and site teams with day-to-day coordination of mid-scale construction projects. Track project schedules and documentation to support on-time delivery. Help prepare and maintain project reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely communication and information flow. Support the review and organization of construction drawings, submittals, and RFIs. Assist with procurement tracking and material/equipment scheduling. Participate in site visits and progress meetings as needed. Maintain organized project files and documentation systems. What We Offer
