Shop Foreman - Hydrogen Systems Production

Job Description

Become a vital part of Hyfluence as a Shop Foreman, specializing in hydrogen systems production. Emphasizing hands-on leadership, you'll coordinate and implement quality practices on the manufacturing floor.

This role is tailored for mechanical technicians eager to enhance their leadership capabilities while remaining engaged in craftwork. You'll be responsible for assembling essential components, executing testing protocols, and ensuring smooth shop operations. Your leadership will guide a skilled team in meeting production targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble high-pressure equipment and components

• Fabricate various custom metal parts

• Conduct quality tests and pressure checks

• Ensure records and documents are thoroughly maintained

• Lead daily production tasks and resolve technical challenges

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary technical education

• Extensive mechanical assembly experience required

• Capability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

• Experience in a leading role preferred

• Strong organizational skills in a production setting
