In this position, you will leverage over six years of aerospace engineering experience to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while ensuring designs comply with safety and airworthiness standards. Strong competencies in structural design, systems integration, and Transport Canada regulations are crucial. Additionally, the role emphasizes mentoring junior engineers, technical guidance, and contributing to engineering process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support aircraft structural design and modification

• Develop engineering solutions for airworthiness compliance

• Produce technical documentation for certification activities

• Participate in aircraft modification programs

• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum of 6 years in aerospace design and certification

• Experience with Transport Canada regulatory processes

• Proficient in SolidWorks and engineering change management

• Strong project management and mentoring skills
