Valet - Ottawa

Join our team as a Parking Valet at one of our busiest downtown locations! In this fast-paced, customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering a seamless and welcoming experience while safely parking and retrieving vehicles.

What Would You Be Doing? Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive on site

Assist customers with their needs including opening vehicle doors, unloading parcels, and directing them in the appropriate direction

Issue and collect valet tickets as required

Drive customers' vehicles to and from the designated parking location in a safe and efficient manner avoiding accidents and damages

Ensure vehicles are locked after parking and all visible valuables are moved to the trunk

What Are the Working Conditions? Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and frequent exposure to all temperature conditions

Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time

Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting

Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

What Are We Looking For? Cautious and courteous driver, with a valid Class G Ontario's driver's license and clean driving record

Must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission

What Will Set You Apart? Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset but not mandatory

Excellent customer service skills

Results-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
