Job Description

Drive customer satisfaction as a Bilingual Help Desk Analyst at Pet Valu, working remotely from New Brunswick. Provide vital technical and service support to end users, ensuring smooth operations.

In this remote role, you will address customer inquiries and troubleshoot software and hardware issues. Your significant duties will involve maintaining call tracking systems, testing POS updates, and liaising with teams regarding promotional flyer processes. Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills are essential for success in this 1-2 years experienced analyst position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-users across various store systems

• Maintain Requests/Tickets in call tracking software

• Test new Microsoft Dynamics Navision software releases

• Validate promotional pricing on store flyers

• Initiate service calls for malfunctioning POS hardware

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Minimum 1-2 years in help desk support

• Experience with POS systems preferred

• Proficient in written and spoken French

• Strong computer literacy and MS Office skills
