We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps engineer with strong expertise in Ansible, automation, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and observability. The role supports mission‑critical financial applications and requires hands‑on engineering, infrastructure automation, and cross‑team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with developers, operations, and security teams to design and implement secure, scalable infrastructure
Automate deployment, scaling, and observability of applications and services
Continuously optimize system performance, availability, and security
Work with SRE teams to design deployment pipelines, incident response, and recovery plans
Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours support and maintenance
Qualifications
5+ years in DevOps or SRE roles within automation‑focused environments
Must have financial industry experience
Strong experience with configuration management (Ansible, YAML)
Strong experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
Strong experience with observability & logging tools (Dynatrace, Elasticsearch, CloudWatch)
Strong scripting/programming skills: Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript
Strong experience with security & compliance in regulated industries
Strong GitOps experience and expertise with Git tooling (GitHub preferred)
Experience with OOP, SOLID principles, API design & implementation
Experience with ITIL processes (change, problem, configuration, release management)
Strong communication, documentation, and mentoring skills
