Job Description

Drive the future of retail technology as a Communications Hardware Technician. Specialize in the setup and maintenance of POS, data systems, and essential hardware solutions.

This position empowers you to manage work orders, inspect sites, and ensure network configurations meet operational standards. You will not only assist in installations but also provide vital support through troubleshooting and customer interactions, making your role essential to the success of retail communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and interpret technical specifications

• Perform comprehensive site inspections and audits

• Install and test hardware systems across sites

• Diagnose and troubleshoot network-related issues

• Liaise with stakeholders for installation schedules

Requirements:

• Preferred experience with network infrastructures

• Knowledge of cabling standards (Cat5E to Fiber)

• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean history

• Current Fall Protection and EWP certifications

• Solid basic computer skills and knowledge of Office tools
